Manila’s premiere cake shop has championed a tradition of good taste in cakes, pastries, and other delectable dishes since 1983. People line up for their Peach Walnut Pie, Blueberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Truffle, Strawberry Shortcake, Chocolate Mousse, Black Magic and the ever popular French Apple Pie. To complete the menu, soups, salads, sandwiches, pasta and “real meals” were added. Specialties such as callos and beef & chicken salpicado keep their customers coming back for more. Recent additions to the menu such as the Sugarhouse Club, Baked Pork Spareribs, Roasted Pumpkin & Garlic Soup, and Adobo Ravioli have gained a following as well.
