Global Sky Inc., a top provider of call center solutions in the Philippines, is selling one of its offices as a completely turnkey solution. “We have expanded to a location suitable for 500 agents and we are selling this 70-seat office because we want to consolidate everything in the new location.” says James Stinson, CEO of Global Sky Inc.
After many months of back and forth negotiations Unique Interaction signs contract with HTMT to provide them with an open source dialer. HTMT known as one of the major players in the outsourcing industry was looking for a competitive cost on a dialer, because most of the common day dialers in the world are over priced. The Resource Group (TRG), a global business process outsourcing company, opened Monday its Manila operations. Subsidiary TRG Philippines Inc. said it has infused around $4.2 million to launch the 850-seat facility in Ortigas Center, Pasig City, seen to employ about 1,000 agents.
