After many months of back and forth negotiations Unique Interaction signs contract with HTMT to provide them with an open source dialer. HTMT known as one of the major players in the outsourcing industry was looking for a competitive cost on a dialer, because most of the common day dialers in the world are over priced. UI is excited to work with HTMT and continue to grow with them as they become the number one call center in the world.
