OCAI Building
The OCAI Building is home to the Ortigas Center Administration Inc. which is the administrator of the Ortigas Center business district. Other organizations also maintain their offices in this building.
One San Miguel Avenue Building
The One San Miguel Avenue Building is a 54 storey building that is highly accessible from public transportation due to it’s Shaw Boulevard location. It is near the Shangri-la Plaza mall in Ortigas Center.
Orient Square Building
A walking distance from the Shoemart Megamall, the Orient Square building is 35 floors high. A creation of R Villarosa Architects, it is home to several offices like call centers.
Pacific Place
Pacific Place is a residential condominium located at Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center. It’s within walking distance of the TekTite Towers and also near the San Miguel Corporation complex.
Parc Royale
Parc Royale Condominium offers residential units right in the heart of Ortigas Center. The building is located in Jade Drive Ortigas Center and is also accessible via the Dona Julia Vargas Avenue.
Pearl Plaza
The Pearl Plaza building is located along Pearl Drive Ortigas Center. It is right across the University of Asia and the Pacific and within walking distance of another school – Lourdes School.
PhilComCen Building
This old hig-rise building, previously owned by GSIS and now owned by Filinvest ¹ is among the first buildings constructed in Ortigas. Before it was abandoned, several government organizations and radio station previously held offices in this building. The structure’s rooftop went ablazed in March 2007 ².
