This old hig-rise building, previously owned by GSIS and now owned by Filinvest ¹ is among the first buildings constructed in Ortigas.

Before it was abandoned, several government organizations and radio station previously held offices in this building. The structure’s rooftop went ablazed in March 2007 ².
